STRATEGI GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI MI ROUDLOTUT THOLIBIN

Abstract


During the COVID-19 pandemic, all learning proses are carried out from home. Teacher and students are still not used to this kind of learning process. So this causes students' learning motivation to decrease. The purpose of this study was to find out what strategies were used by teachers in increasing students' learning motivation during the pandemic. The approach used in this research is qualitative with the type of case study resereach. The result of the research is that the teacher uses several methods to increase students learning motivation, namely: 1) motivation or enthusiasm for student learning during the covid-19 pandemic at MI Roudlotut Tholibin Dau Malang, 2) teacher's strategy in increasing student learning motivation during the covid-19 pandemic at MI Roudlotut Tholibin Dau Malang, and 3) supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing student learning motivation during the covid-19 pandemic at MI Roudlotut Tholibin Dau Malang.
