EFEKTIFITAS METODE I’ROB KALIMAT DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MAHARAH QIROAH BAGI SANTRI TINGKAT MENENGAH PONDOK PESANTREN HIDAYATUL MUBTADI’IN AL IHSANI MALANG

Maharah Qiro'ah learning is one of the Arabic language learning that emphasizes the learning objectives in the form of reading Arabic texts properly and correctly according to the rules in Arabic and understanding the content of the readings that have been read. This study aims to prove the effectiveness of the Irob Sentence Method in learning Maharah Qiro'ah for secondary level students of the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Al Ichsani Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is a quantitative method using Pre Experiment One Groub Pretest Postest Design. The data collection techniques used are tests which include pretests and post-tests, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses description analysis, data normality test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that the results of the pretest students got an average score of 47.7 with a very low predicate. Meanwhile, the results of the students' postes received an average score of 79.6 with the predicate of Good. The results of the Hypothesis Test using the Simple paired t test showed that the Significance value was 0.000 which means it was less than 0.05 (sig. ≤ 0.05) with an error margin of 5%. So H0 which states that there is no significant influence in the application of the sentence Irob Method on Maharah Qiro'ah learning is denied, and H1 which states that there is a significant influence in the application of the sentence Irob Method on Maharah Qiro'ah learning is accepted.
