In language education, Arabic the strategy is an important tool, as success in the implementation of education depends on the materials and the use of the appropriate strategy, the teacher must choose the diverse strategy and the appropriate study materials with the objectives of education and the conditions of students. The purpose of the study was to find out the application of the interactive education strategy in teaching speech skill and to know the influencing and hindering factors among the fifth grade students in the primary school, the source of science, Tegal Gondo Malang.The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, by collecting data by observation, interview and documentation methods. Based on the results of this study, several conclusions were reached as follows: The effectiveness of applying the interactive teaching strategy in teaching speech skill in the fifth grade in the islamic elementary school Mambaul Ulum is highly effective in improving students' speaking ability. There are many factors influencing the application of active learning strategies in teaching speech skill, such as the strength of teacher's enthusiasm, the role of student activity, the availability of sufficient learning resources, and students' enthusiasm to participate. However, there are also some hindering factors, such as lack of time in managing interactive learning activities, differences in Arabic language abilities among students, and lack of facilities that support the interactive learning process.
