PENGARUH POC (PUPUK ORGANK CAIR) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL DUA VARIETAS SELADA (Lactuca Sativa L.) DENGAN SISTEM HIDROPONIK RAKIT APUNG
Abstract
This study aims to determine the application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) to two varieties of lettuce on growth and yield. The study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD), the first factor consisted of 3 levels namely P1 = 3ml/L, P2 = 6ml/L, and P3 = 9ml/L POC Nasa while factor two consisted of 2 levels namely V1 = grand rapids variety and V2 = karina variety. There were 6 treatment combinations, each treatment was repeated 3 times so that there were 18 experimental units. In each unit there are 4 plants. Observational data were tested by analysis of variance (F test) and continued with the 5% BNJ test. The results showed that the administration of POC at a dose of 9 ml/L and the use of the carina variety showed a better response than the other treatments on growth, yield and analysis variables. The P3V2 treatment gave values for plant height with an average of 42.59 cm, leaf area of 877.77 cm2, average fresh weight of 242.67 g, average dry weight of 36.33 9, average chlorophyll 46.14 , and an average of 11.73% vitamin C. Meanwhile, the highest average number of leaves was in the P3V1 treatment with a value of 7.67 strands.
