PENGARUH BAGI HASIL, PROMOSI DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNAAN JASA PERBANKAN SYARIAH TABUNGAN MUDHARABAH (Studi Kasus Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pasar Besar Kota Malang)
Abstract
This research aims to identify the impact of profit-sharing, promotion, and quality on the decision-making process regarding the usage of Mudharabah savings services in Islamic banking. The research conducted is of a quantitative nature. In this study, the sample consisted of 96 customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, KCP Pasar Besar Kota Malang, who have used Mudharabah savings. The sample was chosen using the random sampling technique to represent respondents. The analysis method employed was multiple linear regression conducted through the statistical software SPSS. The simultaneous test results indicate that independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the decision-making process regarding the usage of Mudharabah savings services in Islamic banking. The partial test results conclude that the profit-sharing variable (X1) does not have a significant effect on the decision-making process regarding the usage of Mudharabah savings services in Islamic banking (Y). Conversely, the promotion variable (X2) has a significant positive effect on the decision-making process regarding the usage of Mudharabah savings services. Additionally, the Service Quality (X3) variable has also been proven to significantly affect the decision-making process regarding the usage of Mudharabah savings services in Islamic banking.
