PENGARUH PEMAHAMAN BAGI HASIL DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP MINAT MENJADI NASABAH BANK SYARIAH (Studi Kasus Masyarakat Kecamatan Bantaran Kabupaten Probolinggo)

Abstract


This study aims to examine the effect of understanding profit sharing and trust on the intention to become a customer of an Islamic bank. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The data source used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, and analyzed using the SPSS program. The population in this study were the people of Bantaran District, Probolinggo Regency with a sample of 100 respondents taken from people who knew about profit sharing. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable understanding of profit sharing and trust has a positive effect on the intention to become a customer of an Islamic bank. The findings from this study provide a reference to Islamic banks, that understanding of profit sharing and public trust influences interest in becoming Islamic bank customers, therefore Islamic banks must continue to socialize and maintain public trust.
