PENGARUH EFISIENSI DAN KUALITAS LAYANAN E-MAAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN (STUDY KASUS SIDOGIRI-CORP)

Abstract


The development of the internet makes many new innovations appear in all fields. One of them is in the economic field in the form of buying or shopping for goods and services online. The development of e-commerce in recent years has increased quite rapidly. Until now, there have been more than 1,500 startups in Indonesia. Coupled with the pandemic factor that has changed many aspects of people's habits, one of which is getting to know online buying and selling transactions. Online transactions have become a new habit or trend in society and will continue to become commonplace in general. Thus, start-ups or companies must expand their business wings in the e-commerce business. In this study, choosing Sidogiri-Corp as a case study because it has a digital sharia business concept that has great potential considering that the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim. The results of the study simultaneously (F test) show that service efficiency and quality affect customer satisfaction. And partially (t test) shows a) The efficiency variable partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. b) The partial service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
