PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP MINAT DAN KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNA TABUNGAN LEMBAGA KEUANGAN SYARIAH ( STUDI PADA MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PERBANKAN SYARIAH UNISMA PENGGUNA BSI )

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on the interest and decisions of users of Islamic financial institution savings, this research method uses quantitative methods, the population used is students of Islamic banking study program at the Islamic University of Malang users of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and the sample used is 110 respondents using purposive sampling technique with the criteria set by the researcher. The method of data collection is by using questionnaires. The analytical technique used is by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using PLS software. The results of the study stated that Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on the interest of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) savings users with a significant value of 0.030 < 0.05, Promotion had a positive and significant effect on the interest of BSI savings users with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on BSI savings user decisions with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, Promotion has a positive but not significant effect on BSI savings user decisions with a significant value of 0.412 < 0.05, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Promotion with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, and Interest in Saving has a positive and significant effect and significant to the Savings Decision with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.
