Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), dan Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) Terhadap Pembiayaan Murabahah pada Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia
Abstract
Murabahah financing is a dominant sales-based contract in the portfolio of Islamic banking financing in Indonesia. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of internal financial performance measured by the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR)on Murabahah Financing distribution in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This study employs an explanatory quantitative approach using secondary data derived from quarterly Islamic banking financial reports. The total sample utilized consists of 48 time-series observations. The dependent variable, Murabahah Financing, is transformed into Natural Logarithm (textLn). Data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression analysis comprising classical assumption tests, the coefficient of determination (R2), the F-test (simultaneous), and the t-test (partial) executed via SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that partially (t-test), the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a negative but insignificant effect on Murabahah Financing. The Non Performing Financing (NPF) has a statistically significant negative effect on Murabahah Financing (Sig < 0.001), indicating that an increase in non-performing financing risks drives banks to implement prudential banking theory by tightening financing distribution. Meanwhile, the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has a positive but insignificant effect on Murabahah Financing. Simultaneously (F-test), CAR, NPF, and FDR significantly affect Murabahah Financing (F = 10.980, Sig < 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.428 indicates that 42.8% of the variation in Murabahah Financing can be explained by these three independent variables, while the remaining 57.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.
