Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Teknologi Biometrik, dan Persepsi Keamanan Terhadap Penggunaan Aplikasi BYOND By BSI (Studi Pada Nasabah BSI KCP Lawang Kabupaten Malang)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, biometric technology, and security perception, both simultaneously and partially, on the use of the BYOND application by BSI. The target of this study was BSI KCP Lawang, Malang Regency customers who use the BYOND by BSI application. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 203 BSI KCP Lawang, Malang Regency customers who use the BYOND by BSI application selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS through validity, reliability, classical assumptions, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed that trust, biometric technology, and security perception had a positive and significant effect, both simultaneously and partially, on the use of the BYOND application by BSI. This study concluded that trust, biometric technology, and perceived security had a positive and significant effect, both simultaneously and partially, on the use of the BYOND application by BSI. These findings indicate that increased trust, optimal implementation of biometric technology, and a strong security system can encourage the continued use of the BYOND application by BSI.
