Pengaruh Pengetahuan Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Niat Memilih Pembiayaan Bank Syariah: Peran Religiusitas Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of product knowledge and service quality on individuals intention to choose Islamic bank financing, with religiosity as a moderating variable. The research is motivated by the low public interest in Islamic financing despite the continuous growth of national Islamic banking assets. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey of 100 respondents in Malang City, consisting of both customers and non-customers of Islamic banks, and the data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that product knowledge and service quality have positive and significant effects on the intention to choose Islamic financing, while religiosity strengthens these relationships. These findings contribute to the literature on Islamic bank consumer behavior and offer practical implications for Islamic financial institutions in enhancing product education and service quality grounded in spiritual values.
