Abstract
Digital transformation in the Islamic banking sector plays an important role in improving service, efficiency, and competitiveness. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) as a sharia-based financial institution is required to be able to utilize digital technology optimally. In addition, sharia financial literacy and ease of service are also important factors in shaping customer preferences for financing products. This study aims to determine the influence of digital technology, Islamic financial literacy, and service convenience on customer preferences in selecting financing products at BSI KCP Malang Soekarno Hatta. The study employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis on data collected from 96 respondents. The results indicate that, simultaneously, all three independent variables significantly influence customer preferences. Partially, digital technology, Islamic financial literacy, and convenience each have a positive and significant influence on customer preferences. These findings highlight the importance of synergy between digital innovation and financial education in increasing public participation in Islamic financing products.
