Pengaruh Persepsi Manfaat, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Persepsi Risiko terhadap Preferensi Penggunaan Layanan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard Bank Syariah Indonesia (Studi Kasus Generasi Z di Kota Malang)
Abstract
Innovations in the financial sector have led to the emergence of various new payment systems, one of which is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). QRIS makes payment activities more efficient, simple, and protected, thereby potentially increasing the efficiency of digital banking services, such as those provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This study was conducted to understand how perceived benefit, ease of use, and risk can influence user preference for QRIS services. This research focuses on Generation Z in the city of Malang, who are the primary users of digital services, and employs a quantitative method using surveys. Questionnaires were distributed to collect data, which was then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate that perceived benefit does not affect the preference for using QRIS. However, perceived ease of use and perceived risk have a significant positive influence, making ease of use and trust in the system important factors in shaping the preference for using QRIS.
