PENGARUH FINTECH SYARIAH TERHADAP PENINGKATAN INKLUSI KEUANGAN BAGI PELAKU UMKM (Studi Kasus P2P Financing Syariah di Indonesia)

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana fintech syariah, terutama P2P Financing, menjadi solusi inklusi keuangan bagi UMKM dengan menggunakan TAM untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penerimaan pengguna dalam mengadopsi fintech syariah. Walaupun pertumbuhan fintech syariah di Indonesia menunjukkan potensi besar, ada tantangan termasuk kurangnya pengembangan penelitian, literasi dan SDM. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode analisis Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling yang menguji 203 sampel dari populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Asosiasi Fintech Syariah Indonesia (AFSI). Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah secara langsung perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan inklusi keuangan bagi pelaku UMKM dan perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap adopsi fintech syariah. Hasil uji hipotesis tidak langsung juga menyatakan perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan inklusi keuangan bagi pelaku UMKM dengan adopsi fintech syariah sebagai variabel mediasi. Secara keseluruhan, TAM dapat menjadi faktor-faktor untuk mengetahui persepsi pengguna dalam adopsi fintech syariah melalui layanan P2P Financing Syariah sebagai alternatif akses pembiayaan dan investasi untuk meningkatkan inklusi keuangan bagi pelaku UMKM di Indonesia.
