Abstract


This research ains to analysze the impact of implementations faculty development strategy and organizational support to the professionalism of the lecturers. Questioner is used as instrument to obtain the data. To test validity, this research uses factor analysis and to test the reliability usus standard of alpha 0.6. linear regression is used as analysis method. To test the influence of variable partially uses significancy test as 5 percent. Object of this researchis the lecturer of economics faculty Islamic University of Malang with 40 lecturer as population. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, faculty development strategy variables significantly influence the variable professionalism of lecturers. Organizational support variable effect is not significant to the variable professionalism of lecturers. The result of this research can be effort to increase organizational support at economic faculty Islamic University of Malang by giving the maintaining the stability of good conditions for the development of lecturer, it is one of way to effort human resources retentation in an organization.
