PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP AN-NUR BULULAWANG - MALANG

Abstract



The phenomenon that occurs at this time of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence becomes a key topic in the world of work because it can make a major contribution to the individual doing the job. Working is not just implement a liability or a high salary but more than that. That is more meaningfull and valuable work with emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. These values will help to improve the performance of individuals in carrying out activities and duties. The study was conducted in SMP An Nur Bululawang Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence to teacher performance partially or simultaneously, examine and analyze the dominant of influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance. Variables used are emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence as an independent variable, and teacher performance as the dependent variable. The sample used is a junior high school teacher of An Nur Bululawang much as 67 respondents to the survey method. Collection data  method used was a questionnaire (questionnaire). The analysis includes test instruments, classic assumption test, normality test, linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient determination test using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for Windows. The results showed that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on the teacher performance of SMP An-Nur Bululawang. Besides that, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence gives impact on teacher performance of SMP An-Nur Buluawang, but intelligence spiritual gives more dominantly influence on teacher performance of SMP An-Nur Bululawang. So, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence partially or simultaneously impact on teacher performance of SMP An-Nur Bululawang and spiritual intelligence gives more dominantly influence on the teacher performance.
