PENGARUH KINERJA DOSEN PEMBIMBING SKRIPSI TERHADAP KUALITAS SKRIPSI MAHASISWA (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa S1 Akuntansi FEB UNISMA)

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the performance of thesis supervisors on the quality of student theses in undergraduate accounting students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malang Islamic University. The sample in this study were S1 accounting students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Malang Islamic University class of 2016 who are currently or have completed the thesis siding examination, totaling 200 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research is to use the validity, reliability, normality test. multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, F test, coefficient of determination, and T test. Based on this research, it shows that lecturer performance has a significant effect on the quality of student theses, lecturer awareness has a significant effect on the quality of student theses, lecturer openness has a significant effect on student thesis quality, lecturer performance, lecturer awareness, lecturer openness, and student satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on thesis quality college student.
