Abstract


Stock is the company's main product in the stock exchange and sources of funding obtained from the capital market. This research aims to examine the effect of operating net income, MVA and solvency on stock prices on automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sample in this study amounted to 9 companies. The method used is multiple linear regression, the data in this study are secondary data using documentation techniques obtained from the official website of IDX, to test the hypothesis using the f test with a significant level of 5%, the coefficient of determination test (R) and the T test with a significant value and a probability of 5%. The results of this study indicate that only a few independent variables affect stock prices. Net income operating has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, MVA has no effect on stock prices, and solvency has a negative effect on stock prices.
