PENGARUH ETIKA BISNIS ISLAMI TERHADAP KINERJA PEMBIAYAAN MUDHARABAH MELALUI INFORMASI ASIMETRI PADA BANK SYARIAH DI KOTA MALANG

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic business atika on the performance of mudharabah financing through information asymmetry at Islamic banks in the city of Malang. To be able to achieve that goal used multiple linear regression analysis, F-test & t test. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires distributed to all employees of sharia banking.
The population in this study is the entire work of sharia banking in malang city. The use of the sample using purposive sampling method, based on the criteria, obtained 33 respondents who became the sample in this study.
Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that simultaneously Islamic business ethics and information asymmetry have a significant effect on the performance of mudharabah financing. While partially Islamic business ethics have a significant positive effect on the performance of mudharabah financing and partially asymmetric information has no significant effect on the performance of mudharabh financing.
