Analisis Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Financial Technology, Pengetahuan Akuntansi, dan Kepercayaan Pengguna Terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan E-Wallet

Abstract


This study aims to determine the influence of Fintech Utilization, Accounting Knowledge, and User Trust on the Decision to Use E-wallets among Generation Z in Malang City. This study uses a correlational quantitative method with primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms. The population used in this study is Generation Z who use or have the potential to use e-wallets for daily transactions. Sampling was done using purposive sampling with a total of 120 respondents. This study uses a multiple linear regression model with the help of IBM SPSS version 27 software. The findings show that Fintech Utilization, Accounting Knowledge, and User Trust simultaneously have a significant effect on the Decision to Use E-wallets. Partially, the utilization of Fintech has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use E-wallet, Accounting Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use E-wallet, while User Trust has a significant negative effect on the Decision to Use E-wallet. This research contributes to the TPB and UTAUT Theories.
