Analisis Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa dan Efektivitas Dana Desa terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Desa Ngasem

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of village fund allocation and its effectiveness in improving community welfare in Ngasem Village, Ngajum District. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and supporting documentation, then analyzed using thematic analysis with data triangulation to maintain validity. The results of the study indicate that the management of village fund allocation has implemented the principles of transparency, accountability, and participation administratively through the provision of public information, the use of the Village Financial System, and community involvement in village deliberations.  However, the application of these principles has not been fully optimized substantively, especially in terms of community understanding of budget information and unequal levels of participation. The effectiveness of village fund use shows that the implemented programs have been able to achieve output targets, especially in infrastructure development and the distribution of social assistance. However, their impact on improving community economic welfare is still limited and tends to be short-term. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen community empowerment programs, increase financial literacy, and optimize community participation so that the management and utilization of village funds can have a more sustainable impact. This study recommends using broader data with a comparative or mixed methods approach to obtain more comprehensive research results.
