Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Penggunaan Teknologi Digital, dan Keamanan Terhadap Sistem Pembayaran pada UMKM

Abstract


This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, digital technology utilization, and security on payment systems among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 150 respondents and analyzed using SPSS version 27 with validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the three independent variables of financial literacy, digital technology utilization, and security significantly influence payment systems both partially and simultaneously. The Adjusted R2 value of 0.765 indicates that the model is able to explain 76.5% of the implementation of digital payment systems. These findings emphasize the importance of financial knowledge, technology utilization, and transaction security aspects in encouraging MSMEs to adopt efficient and modern payment systems.
