Pengaruh Penerapan Teknologi, Kepercayaan Konsumen, Kemudahan Transaksi, dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Penggunaan Pembayaran Elektronik Pada UMKM di Era Transformasi Digital (Studi Kasus pada Pelaku UMKM di Kota Malang)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of technology adoption, consumer trust, transaction convenience, and lifestyle on the use of electronic payments among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the era of digital transformation. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 155 respondents and processed using SPSS version 25 with validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that all four independent variables significantly influence the use of electronic payments, both partially and simultaneously. The Adjusted R² value of 0.685 indicates that the model explains 68.5% of the variability in electronic payment usage. These findings reinforce previous studies, highlighting the critical role of technological and psychological factors in driving the adoption of digital payment systems within the MSME sector.
