Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Partisipasi Publik terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa dengan Kompetensi Aparatur Desa sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Kasus pada Kecamatan Bululawang Kabupaten Malang)

Abstract


             This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology and public participation on the accountability of village fund management with the competence of village officials as a moderating variable in villages in Bululawang District, Malang Regency. A total of 56 respondents were selected as research samples. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. This study is a quantitative study, with data collection through a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study indicate that the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management, public participation does not affect the accountability of village fund management, the competence of village officials has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund managemen, the competence of village officials cannot moderate the effect of the use of information technology on the accountability of village fund management, the competence of village officials cannot moderate the effect of public participation on the accountability of village fund management.
