Optimalisasi Manajemen Biaya Koperasi Melalui Penerapan Teknologi Web (Studi Kasus pada KSP Berkah Sesama Jatim)

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the optimization of web-based digital technology on cost efficiency at the Berkah Sesama East Java Savings and Loans Cooperative. The method used is qualitative, with data collection through interviews and observations to understand user experiences and system effectiveness. The results of this study show that digitalization increases financial recording accuracy, transparency and operational efficiency, with cost savings of between 60-70% and an increase in Remaining Operating Results (SHU) of 20-25%. While there are challenges related to technology skills and internet connectivity, training and system development efforts have been successful in overcoming these obstacles. The results of this study can provide important insights for cooperatives in increasing their competitiveness in the digital era.
