Pengaruh Persepsi Manfaat dan Kemudahan Terhadap Manajemen Keuangan Kebutuhan Primer Masyarakat di Era Digital Dimediasi oleh Penggunaan E-Wallet (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat Kota Batu)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on primary financial management in the digital era, with e-wallet usage as a mediating variable. As e-wallet adoption increases, it is essential to understand how this technology helps individuals manage their finances more effectively. This research employs a quantitative approach using path analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 e-wallet users in Kota Batu. The findings indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use positively affect e-wallet usage. Furthermore, e-wallet usage mediates the relationship between these factors and primary financial management. These findings suggest that individuals who perceive e-wallets as beneficial and easy to use are more likely to manage their finances effectively. This study provides insights for e-wallet developers to enhance features that support financial literacy and for policymakers to design more effective digital financial policies.
