Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Umur Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Intellectual capital

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the influence of ownership structure, company size, and company age on the performance of intellectual capital in food & beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2022. The analysis method used includes hypothesis testing with a quantitative approach. The results show that ownership structure has a significant impact on intellectual capital, where higher ownership makes companies more active in managing intellectual capital to reduce ownership risk. On the other hand, company size has no effect, as the management of intellectual capital is more influenced by internal strategies and policies. Company age also has a significant effect, with older companies tending to utilize factors that influence transfer pricing decisions. These findings provide insights into the factors affecting the management of intellectual capital in the food & beverage sector.
