Peranan Academic Fraud Sebagai Variabel Moderating dalam Hubungan Faktor-Faktor Penentu Sikap Etis Mahasiswa

Abstract


This study aims to examine how students' ethical behavior are influenced by their level of intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence, with fraud academic as a moderating factor. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. This research took a sample of undergraduate students majoring in Accounting in 2020 at the Islamic University of Malang, Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University, and Malang State University. The results of this research are that intellectual intelligence has a negative and insignificant effect on students' ethical behavior, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on students' ethical behavior, spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on students' ethical behavior, fraud academic is unable to moderate the influence of intellectual intelligence on behavior student ethics, fraud academic is unable to moderate the influence of emotional intelligence on student ethical behavior, and fraud academic is unable to moderate the influence of spiritual intelligence on student ethical behavior.
