Abstract


These researches aimed for analyze the influenced to individual personality then entrepreneurship education for the entrepreneurial motivation to Manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The research methods were using a quantitative research method. Sampling was carried out to major Management people from of FEB to Malang Islamic University on classes to 2020 used of Slovin formulas then for the example obtaining on that research is 81 respondent whom was taking used a purposive sampled techniques by the criteria’s which determining on the research. For obtaining data, these researchers using many data’s collecting methods by the questionnaire. These data analysis using an instrument’s tester, normalization test, classicals assumptions, multiplying linear regressions analyzing, hypothesis tests, so coefficients of determinations used of SPSS applications. These resulting test on thus researches showing for individual personality and entrepreneurship education simultaneously has many significant positive effects of entrepreneurial motivation on Management peoples at major Management people from of investors on classes to 2020. Furthermore, individual personality and entrepreneurship education partially has many significant positive effects to entrepreneurial motivation to major Management people from of investors.
