Peran Moderasi Passion Antara Efikasi Diri dan Inovasi Terhadap Minat Wirausaha Generasi Z

Abstract


This research aims to examine the moderating role of passion between self-efficacy and innovation on generation Z's entrepreneurial interest. (case study of accounting students in Malang city). Self-efficacy and innovation are independent variable, with entrepreneurial interest being the dependent variable and passion being the moderating variable. The methodology used in this research is quantitative research using numerical data. Primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were accounting students Class of 2020 at three universities in Malang, namely, UNISMA, UIN and UM. With a sample determined using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 207 respondents was obtained. The research hypothesis was carried out through various statistical analyzes including descriptive statistics, instrument testing, normality test, classical assumption test, moderated regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 24. The test results show that self-efficacy has a positive effect on Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest and innovation. has a positive effect on generation Z's entrepreneurial interest. Passion does not moderate the relationship between self-efficacy and innovation on Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest and passion is able to moderate the relationship between self-efficacy and innovation on Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest.
