Abstract

Local governments are permitted to manage and utilize regional revenue streams in accordance with the wishes of their constituents when regional autonomy and fiscal decentralization are put into place. Knowing and assessing regional original income, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, and expenditures all at once has an impact on the Maluku province Government's Human Development Index. Correlational analysis is used in conjunction with quantitative methodologies in this work. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value is 47,158, whereas the F table value in table 3 is 2.42. Since F count > F table equals 47,158 > 2,42, it may be inferred that the DAU, DAU, DAK, and DBH variables have an overall impact on the Human Development Index.

Keywords: Locally-generated revenue; General allocation fund; Special allocation fund; Regional shopping; Human development index.
