PENGARUH INTELEGENSI, BAKAT, TEMAN SEBAYA TERHADAP MINAT SISWA DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN MEMILIH JURUSAN AKUNTANSI KELAS X (Studi Kasus pada Beberapa SMK di Kota Madiun)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intelligence, talent, and peers on students' interest in choosing accounting majors in class X. The independent variables in this study are intelligence, talent, and peers. While the dependent variable is the interest of students choosing accounting majors in class X. This type of study is quantitative, because the data used was numbers. The source of data in this study is the primary data with its data collection method of a questionnaire. The population in this study was misreported on ten who were at SMKN 2 Jiwan, SMKN 5 Madiun City, and SMK Sore Madiun City. The data retrieval technique using slovin formula. By this method, class X there were 77 respondents. Hypotheses being tested using descriptive statistical analysis, equipment test, fairness test, test gives certainty, test to see how much influence independent variable has on the dependent variable, hypothesis test used SPSS Version 22. The results of this study indicate intelligence variable had a positive and significant effect on students' interest in choosing majors (0.014 < 0,05), what has no effect is the talent variable students' interest in choosing majors (0.337 > 0.05), peer variable have a positive effect on students' interest in choosing majors (0.001 < 0.05).
