Abstract

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of variable
Profitability, Liquidity, Growth of Company on dividend policy and corporate
value. The study included the type of empirical study with data collection method
that is documentation method. Sampling technique in this research using
purposive sampling technique, with the number of samples of 46 companies on
companies that publish financial statements from 2014-2016 and listed in
Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016.
In this study, the results of the hypothesis states that the firm profitability
has positive and significant impact on dividend policy. The firm liquidity has
positive and significant impact on dividend policy. Growth of Company has
positive and significant impact on dividend policy. Growth of Company has
positive and significant impact on firm value. The firm liquidity has positive and
significant impact on firm value. The firm profitability has positive and
significant impact on firm value. The dividend policy has positive and significant
impact on firm value.
