Abstract


ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence from
intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and parental influence on career
choices as a Public Accountant and Corporate Accountant for accounting
students and students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malang Islamic
University. Data sources used in this study are primary data. Data collection
method by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is
multiple linear regression. The results showed that those who have influence on
students and students when choosing a career as a Public Accountant are
extrinsic motivation while those who have influence on students and students
when choosing their career as a Corporate Accountant are the influence of
parents.
