PENGARUH EARNING PER SHARE (EPS), PRICE BOOK VALUE (PBV), DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER), DAN RETURN ON ASSETS (ROA) TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM SEKTOR PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE YANG LISTING DI BEI SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract


This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Assets (ROA) on stock prices in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative type because it refers to the calculation of research data in the form of numbers. The variables of this study include the dependent and independent variables. The sample in this study was selected using the purposive sampling method, totaling 66 (sixty-six) companies during the period 2020. The results showed that partially Earning Per Share (EPS) had a significant positive effect on stock prices, while Price Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Assets (ROA) have no significant effect on stock prices, while simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices.
