PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN MATA KULIAH AKUNTANSI KEPERILAKUAN MAHASISWA FEB UNIVERSITAS ISLAM MALANG
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, motivation learning and spiritual intelligence on the understanding of behavioral accounting courses on students of the Accounting Study Program at the Islamic University of Malang. The variables used are independent variable and dependent variable. The dependent variable is the eye understanding variable behavioral accounting course. While the independent variable is the intelligence variable emotional, learning motivation and spiritual intelligence. The research population is students of the Accounting Study Program at the Islamic University of Malang who are still active and have taken accounting courses behavior. With a sample of 100 students. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS software. Research result shows that emotional intelligence learning motivation and spiritual intelligence have an effect on the level of understanding of behavioral accounting courses in students Accounting Study Program Feb Islamic University of Malang
