ANALISIS PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN, GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN LQ-45 DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract


In this study, the purpose formulated is to find out the analysis of the influence given by financial performance, Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility on the value of the company included in LQ-45 during the covid-19 pandemic. The internal technique used in the sampling of the research is purposive sampling, this is based on quarterly financial reports from the official website www.idx.go.id. The sample used in this study amounted to 22 of the 45 companies in the LQ-45. The analytical technique applied is multiple linear regression with the provision of a sig value of 5% or 0.05. The results obtained in this study prove that significantly (1) financial performance has an effect; (2) Good Corporate Governance has an effect; (3) Corporate social responsibility has a negative effect on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely LQ-45.
