PENGARUH MINAT, PASAR KERJA DAN KELUARGA TERHADAP PEMILIHAN KARIR MENJADI AKUNTAN PUBLIK MAHASISWA UNISMA, UIN DAN UMM

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interest, job market and family on career choice to become a public accountant. The case studies in this study were students at the Islamic University of Malang, Maulana Malik Ibrahim University and the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. In this study using purposive sampling technique, namely samples with certain criteria and using the Slovin formula. The analysis used is multiple regression test. Respondents in this study were 86 respondents. The results of this study are that the variables of interest, job market and family simultaneously influence the choice of a career as a public accountant. Partially, the interest variable influences the career choice of public accountants for accounting students at UNISMA, UIN and UMM. The labor market variable influences the career choice of public accountants for accounting students at UNISMA, UIN and UMM. Family variables affect the career choice of public accounting, accounting students at UNISMA, UIN and UMM.
