PERAN BADAN PENGAWAS PEMILU DALAM PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA TEMPAT PEMASANGAN ALAT PERAGA KAMPANYE (STUDI KASUS DI KOTA BATU)

Abstract

ABSTRACK

The choice of the theme was motivated by the many people who complained about the violation of the installation of the Campaign Props (APK) resulting in a dispute in Batu City. Based on this background, this paper raised the problem formulation as follows: How to place campaign props according to the Election Commission Rules General Number 23 of 2018. How is the Election Supervisory Body's efforts in resolving disputes campaign props as well as the role of the Election Supervisory Body for political party participants in the Batu City community. What are Bawaslu's obstacles in resolving disputes on campaign props in Batu City. This research method is sociological juridical. The results of this study indicate that the Election Supervisory Body's Efforts in Resolving APK Disputes is to explain the procedures and provisions for the installation of campaign props through the local panwascam.

ABSTRAK

Pemilihan tema tersebut dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya masyarakat yang  mengeluh akan pelanggaran pemasangan  Alat Peraga Kampanye (APK) sehingga terjadi timbulnya sengketa di Kota Batu.Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, karya tulis ini mengangkat rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: Bagaimana peletakan alat peraga kampanye menurut Peraturan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Nomor 23 Tahun 2018.Bagaimana upaya Bawaslu dalam menyelesaikn sengketa alat peraga kampanye serta peran Bawaslu untuk peserta partai politik dimasyarakat Kota Batu. Apa saja hambatan-hambatan Bawaslu dalam menyelesaikan sengketa alat peraga kampanye di Kota Batu. Metode penelitian ini yuridis sosiologis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Upaya Bawaslu Dalam Menyelesaikan Sengketa APK yaitu dengan menjelaskan prosedur dan ketentuan pemasangan alat peraga kampanye melalui panwascam setempat.
