Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian dan pembahasan peneliti berkesimpulan mengenai Efektifitas Pasal 26 ayat 1 huruf D Peraturan Daerah Kota Malang Nomor 10 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengelolaan Lingkungan terkait larangan pembuangan sampah tidak pada tempatnya dalam implementasinya masyarakat belum sepenuhnya mengetahui dan menerapkan peraturan tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya sosialisasi dari pemerintah dalam hal ini Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dNa Kurangnya kesadaran diri masyarakat akan kebersihan lingkungan.

Abstract

Based on the results of the research and discussion the researchers concluded that the effectiveness of Article 26 paragraph 1 letter D of the city regulation in Malang City Number 10 of 2010 concerning Environmental Management related to the prohibition of inappropriate waste disposal in its implementation, the community did not fully know and apply the regulation due to lack of socialization from the government in this is the Office of the Environment and the lack of community self awareness of environmental hygiene.
