Pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan dalam perkara ini majelis hakim mempertimbangkan dakwaan, tuntutan jaksa penuntut umum, keterangan saksi, dan keterangan terdakwa, selain itu Majelis Hakim juga mempertimbangkan unsur delik dan juga hal-hal yang meringankan dan memberatkan para terdakwa.

Abstract

Judge considerations in making decisions in this case the panel of judges considered the charges, demands of the public prosecutor, witness statements, and the defendant's statement, besides that the Judges also considered the elements of offense and also things that alleviated and burdened the defendants.
