PERAN POLRI DALAM PENANGGULANGAN TINDAK PIDANA PENCURIAN DENGAN PEMBERATAN

Abstract

 

Pelaksanaan penanggulangan tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan (Curat) di wilayah hukum Polres Sampang adalah sesuai dengan prosedur atau mekanisme yang digariskan oleh peraturan perundang-undangan  diawali dengan Satuan reserse setelah menerima pemberitahuan dari PAMAPTA atau memantau tentang adanya suatu tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan di suatu tempat, dengan mempersiapkan segala sesuatunya segera datang ke tempat kejadian perkara bersama unsur bantuan teknis untuk melakukan pengolahan guna tindak lanjut ke tahap berikutnya.

The implementation of the crime theft prevention (curat) in the jurisdiction of the Sampang police station is in accordance with the procedure or mechanism outlined by the laws regulation which begun with the Investigation Unit after receiving notification from PAMAPTA or monitoring the existence of a crime theft with weighting somewhere , by preparing everything immediately come to the scene of the case along with elements of technical assistance to do the processing for follow-up to the next stage.
