Perombakan dalam dunia pertanahan dalam Pemerintahan saat ini salah satunya adalah pendaftaran tanah. Dalam pendaftaran tanah ini terdapat program baru dari Pemerintah yaitu Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL). Program ini merupakan sangat efektif dalam masyarakat karena dengan adanya program ini masyarakat sangat dipermudah dalam hal pendaftaran tanah. Dalam hal ini yang menjadi pokok permasalahan adalah terkait Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Dan Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah Dan Bangunan (BPHTB) dalam PTSL PTSL di Kabupaten Jember Pada Tahun 2018 Terdapat 8 Kecamatan Terdiri Dari 18 Desa Dengan 49.600 bidang tanah.

Abstract

            That’s the registration of the land in the world in the registration of the land there is a new program from the government the complete systematic registration of the land(PTSL). The program is very effective in society because it has a very simple society in which the people registed the land. In this case the subject is related to the income tax (PPh) and the right to the land and the building(BPHTB) in the PTSL. PTSL in the jember district in 2018 has 8 dengering composed of 18 villages with 49.600 fields of land.
