Basically, human needs are rising from year to year which is affected by unstable economy between Indonesian and other countries. Therefore, the unstable economy causes many people in Indonesian to switch their profession and become a Migrant in abroad by relying on jobs they have potential in. Therefore, becoming a laborer in abroad becomes one of the alternative system for people from Indonesian to seek wealth and to support their family’s member and it becomes closely related to migrant workers from Indonesian. The role of PJTKI is increasingly important in the process send off the workers from Indonesian according the rules and regulations that has been determined by the Indonesian government. In that recruitmen, the Indonesian workers have their rights and obligation that have to be obeyed by all the groups, either the group of workers or the employers.
