Abstract

Introduction : Cadmium Chloride is one of the heavy metal that is toxic and can easily dissolve into water. Cadmium which can easily dissolve into water is the one that has a huge amount and a long period of time can be dissolved by fish. Cadmium which can easily dissolve by water can be detected through hepatocyte and kidney epitel cell D rerio. This research is intended to acknowledge chronic exposure toxicity effect within’ hepatocyte necrosis and tubulus proximal epitel cell zebra fish juvenil (F2) whose the parent (F1) exposured by Cadmium Chloride crhonically

Method: Mother of Zebra fish (F1) divided into 4 groups, control group, cadmium chloride 0,5,1 and 1,5 ppm during 30 days dosage exposured. Histology experiment with hematoxyilin eosin coloring for experimenting hepatocyte necrosis and tubulus proximal epitel cell zebra fish juvenil (F2). This research use inocular microscope (1000x magnification). The data analyzed with shapirowilk test continued by annova oneway and posthoc test (p<0,05)

Result: Cadmium chloride 0,5,1 and 1,5 ppm dosage exposure increase the amount of necrosis of zebra fish juvenil hepatocyte 34,40 %, 45,65%, and 83,11% in a row compared to control group (p<0,05). Cadmium chloride 0,5,1 and 1,5 ppm dosage increase the amount of necrosis tubulus proximal epitel cell D.rerio juvenil 85,85%, 90,12%, and 95,23% in a row compared to control group (p<0,05).

Conclusion: Cadmium chloride chronic exposure towards mother (F1) D.rerio can caused hepatocyte necrosis and epitel cell tubulus proximal kidney towards juvenil (F2)
