STUDI EVALUASI PERENCANAAN STRUKTUR BETON BERTULANG LAB TERPADU UNIVERSITAS ISLAM MALANG

Abstract


Malangβisβoneβof the big towns and the largest education center in East Java, which going places for education
infrastucture building every year. The integrated lab of University of Islam Malang is one of the infrastructure buildings
supporting education at the Islamic University of Malang. The lab consists of 5 floors and has elevation 20.5 m from
ground level. In this final project an integrated lab building is designed with reinforcedβconcrete construction. The loads
for building analyzed are containing of dead load, live load and earthquake load. The reinforcementβsteel which are used
in this plan consist of fy (tensile strength for screw steel) = 390 Mpa, fy (tensile strength for plain steel) = 240 Mpa, and
concrete quality fc ’= 22.5 Mpa. This planning study produces a floor plate that has a plate thickness of 120 mm. The
installed beam uses dimensions 25/50 cm for the joist, the earthquake load planned using the earthquake spectrum
response method with the scale of the shear force scaled V = 117765 kg, while for the main beam the dimensions used
are 60/100 cm, 30/50 cm. The dimensions of the column used are K1 type 65/65 cm.ÏTheÏfoundationÏusedÏisÏaÏpile
foundationÏwith a foundation size of 3.6 x 2.4 m, specification piles with a diameter of 40 cm with a total of 6 piles at a
depth of 9 m.
