Studi Evaluasi Kapasitas Penampang Sungai Kening Kabupaten Bojonegoro Dengan Menggunakan Metode HEC-RAS

Abstract


The problem of flooding that occurs in each region there are various factors, one
of which is due to very high rainfall which results in inadequate cross section
capacity of the river which can cause runoff. From the identification of problems
in the Kening River that is by minimizing flooding one of them is by normalizing the
cross section of the river when the discharge rises the water does not run off with
the help of HEC-RAS Software to modeling application to find out whether or not
the cross section of the river is overflowing and not overflowed in the Kening river.
In the calculation of design flood discharge from 10-year rain stations Laju and
stations data using the Nakayasu HSS Method with a 10-year return period of
252.95 m3 / sec. Based on the results of running using the HEC-RAS Software by
entering the data of the Long Section and Cross Section of the existing cross section
almost all of them run off so that it needs to be re-planned dimensions and make
flood control buildings that is by making embankments that are along the forehead
which has a 3m wide beam and embankment height of 0.8 m. In the calculation of
the excavation plan with a total volume of 145850,62 m3 and an urugan volume of
33417,67 m3 so that it can make effectiveness in overcoming the problems in the
Kening River to avoid flooding every year.
