ANALISIS STABILITAS LERENG MENGGUNAKAN PERKUATAN SHOTCRETE DAN ROCKBOLT STUDI KASUS KELONGSORAN LERENG INSPECTION ADIT PROYEK PLTA UPPER CISOKAN PUMPED STORAGE 1.040 MW
Abstract
Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid infrastructure development as an effort to support national economic growth, one of which is through the construction of the Upper Cisokan hydropower project in West Java. This project is the first hydropower plant in Indonesia to implement pumped storage technology with a capacity of 1,040 MW. One of the key areas in the project is the Adit Inspection, which serves as a surge tank maintenance access. In this area, there is slope construction which has an important role in supporting safety and smooth work. However, the slopes in the area experienced landslides that had the potential to disrupt the sustainability of the project. Landslides on slopes generally occur due to disturbances in soil or rock stability influenced by geological conditions and slope geometry. The landslide on the slope of Inspection Adit was influenced by several factors, namely poor quality soil and rock conditions consisting of class Va, Vb, and IV rocks, a very steep slope of 1:0.4, and the use of shotcrete and rockbolt reinforcement which has not been able to prevent slope failure. The relatively rigid nature of shotcrete and prone to cracking due to the pulling force and reinforcement of shotcrete is only a delay in collapse so that it still causes the effectiveness of reinforcement not to be a solution to these conditions. Therefore, this study needs to be carried out to find out the geometric and geotechnical characteristics of the slopes that landslides occur, this study is also carried out to determine the total value of safety factors and total slope displacements. This study was carried out by redesigning the slope that occurred by landslides using shotcrete and rockbolt percocation, this study used the finite element method in the form of 3D plaxis software.
