Based on the analysis conducted using the Technical Guidelines for Asset Management and Irrigation System Performance (PAKSI) Irrigation System Performance Index Module (IKSI) 2019, an irrigation system performance index will be obtained, the purpose of which is to manage assets including maintenance and repair of damaged irrigation infrastructure. In this case, the study was conducted to evaluate the physical performance of the irrigation network in the Balong Irrigation Area, Bojonegoro Regency, the aim is to identify assets, analyze their condition and function, and determine the performance index of the Balong Irrigation Network Channels and Buildings. This assessment was conducted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and Expert Choice software. Data collection included a field survey to obtain primary data as well as literature studies and technical maps for secondary data. The results of the analysis showed that there were several physical damages to the irrigation channels and buildings that caused a decrease in network performance. Analysis from the Expert Choice (EC) application obtained a score of 385 for channels and 615 for buildings. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Channel Item requires further handling because it obtained a score lower than the buildings in the Balong Irrigation Network, Bojonegoro Regency.
