The project of periodic maintenance/improvement of roads is an activity aimed at maintaining the performance of road sections to remain optimal in accordance with service standards. The Kotaanyar–Pakuniran road section in Probolinggo Regency is the object of research in this study. This study aims to analyze the time and cost performance of the project using the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method. The EVA method is used to assess work progress compared to the plan and to review the appropriateness of costs incurred during project implementation. The analysis results show that time performance declined in weeks 3 to 4, when work progress fell behind schedule. However, this condition was recovered so that in week 10, the schedule performance value returned to the planned target. In terms of cost, the project showed efficient performance, marked by a positive cost analysis value from week 3 to the end of the work, which means that the actual cost was lower than the work value. Overall, the EVA analysis results confirm that the project can be completed on time with good cost efficiency.
